Personal Development Is:

  • Used to create an understanding of oneself

  • A process that consists of an exploration of a plethora of tools that are geared to help develop an individual’s awareness, capabilities, evoke healing, and support the realization of one’s life goals.

  • An adventure down the path of self discovery anchored in The 7 Bodies Method ™, which aims to bring awareness to, and shift limiting patterns that no longer serve you.

  • Used to create an action plan that gets you using the actionable development tools that work for you and your individual situation(s), to ensure you get the results you want to see in all areas of your life.

The 7 Bodies | Introduction

The 6 Areas of Life | Introduction

Think about "developing your person" the same way as you would develop a property!

First you have to organize the property from a macro perspective to map out the land (The 6 Areas of Life), decide where the house is going to be, dig out your foundation: shine the light within to examine patterns that no longer work for you, connect to your foundational tools that you will learn throughout this program), decide where the fences will go (set boundaries), and begin construction by using the tools you already have!  Don't forget to add your 7 Bodies!

Assignment #1

Create a diagram (digitally or by hand), or your Personal Development Plot Development.  Be creative!

Include all aspects of your life, map out the current relationships in your life, the boundaries (either current or required),

the foundation that you feel you already have.
