You will study gentle, hatha, vinyasa, power, yin, restorative yoga and yoga nidra. You will study over 200 asanas, teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, and the philosophy of yoga. You will receive the opportunity to have a private call with a renowned business coach, and take a deep dive into your personal development to connect to a more powerful life than you can ever imagine!
♡ Yoga Styles
Study hatha yoga, gentle yoga, vinyasa, power, yin yoga, and restorative yoga. Learn how to each safe and creative sequences for each style of yoga. You will also study the traditional styles of yoga, the time line of yoga and the period of traditonal yoga.
♡ Yoga History & Philosophy
Study The Yoga Sutras, including The 8 Limbs of Yoga, and The Bhagavad Gita. Learn how this ancient philosophy can be incorporated into your life to improve self love, self care balance, and how they can help improve your relationships.
Learn meditation and awareness deepening techniques. Experience the power of connecting with nature and the world you live in. Learn how to incorporate simple techniques in your life to experience greater clarity, calm and connection. Learn how to effectively teach a variety of meditations, including Yoga Nidra.
Learn how to use breath as a transformative tool for self-awareness. You will explore different breathing techniques, along with the benefits of various pranayama, and how to teach the traditional styles of pranayama. Learn how to effectively incorporate pranayama into your asana classes.

Learn how to infuse your classes with effective communication skills from western psychology; learn how to give and receive kind and effective feedback. Learn how to read bodies and guide your students inspirationally. Learn how to theme your classes through anatomical focus, archetype, energetic philosophies, Ayurvedic Doshas, and meridians.
♡ Modern Nutrition
Learn how to use ancient yoga philosophy to enhance your nutrition in today’s modern world. You will receive a life log and dive deep into your food choices and see what really works for you! You conduct a 30 day self nutrition study and discover what foods really work for your individual body and metabolic type.

Learn common hasta (hand) mudras and how to do and teach to the main bandhas.
♡ Personal Development
Bringing awareness to limiting patterns, learn and practice tools to create new patterns, and how to create and maintain healthy boundaries and relationships.
♡ Yoga Anatomy & Physiology
A deepening of yoga anatomy, optimum alignment, and anatomical and movement language.
♡ Mantra & Vedic Philosophy
Study of common mantras and Vedic philosophy, participation in chanting sessions.
♡ The Business of Yoga
Access to our online Business of Yoga Module, and optional Q & A session as well as a private coaching call with renewed Business Coach Shauna Ireland.

A 2.5 Hour Prenatal Workshop with renowned Prenatal Yoga Teacher: Sara Rossi.
