The Multi Barre Method is a curated workout anchored in physiotherapy methodology, designed to achieve fast results, while maintaining and recorrecting safe postural alignment. The workout is suitable for all body types, all ages, and all levels of fitness. The workout involves very small movements, and isometric strength training.
Due to COVID19 we have taken our trainings virtually! You can now join our trainings with a commitment to attend our first group meeting, and then you can train at your own pace, based on your own schedule!
